Great brand, great price
I have tried several Turmeric brands, and find this one is the only one that doesn’t cause stomach distress, and works! I like that it also includes the black pepper extract, so I don’t have to take an additional pill. Works great for my joint inflammation, allowing me to discontinue my traditional NSAID medication, which is hard on my kidneys.

Turmeric is a potent inflammation fighter, and the pepper helps it work its magic. I have been taking this product for a long time, and will continue taking it. I like this brand because it has the pepper, and the jar of 90 lasts exactly one month.

Just starting taking Turmeric, worth a try.
I have heel problems, plantar fasciitis. I have been taking over the counter pills, NSAIDs , to reduce inflammation. Well, I understand I should not be taking these pills for more than a few weeks. I looked online for a natural product to reduce inflammation. So I am trying turmeric. These seemed to be the least expensive option, however the description that notes 3000 mg. dose is a bit misleading. Each caplet is 1000 mg. The bottle recommends taking 3 pills to get the 3000 mg. daily dose. I’ve done a bit more research and see that some sources think this dose is too large. So I am glad each pill is 1000 mg. I will take 2 as I begin using turmeric. Note: I have no medical background, this info I garnered on the internet. Please do your own research. Best of luck!
