We really like this turmeric supplement, as it contains black pepper extract, which helps in the absorption of curcumin (from the turmeric). The capsules are moderate in size and easy to swallow. They contain no gluten, wheat, yeast, milk soy, artificial color or flavors, sweetener, or preservatives. We take these supplements for health reasons –to improve our health.
