Nice krill oil
I like it came in good condition it’s easy enough to swallow idk why there’s so many ppl complaining about the smell i mean what do you think? It would smell like flowers?! It’s fish! They didn’t add things to make it smell perfume which i think is a good thing n it’snot needed. The smell isn’t so bad that you cant swallow it ppl are just being drama queens from a little fishy smell. If you buy a fish product you should be expecting it to smell like fish! Expecting no fish smell or scented rainbows is pretty ridiculous/fantasy. Please wake up and thank them for making a good product.

We buy Caryle Krill Oil softgels all the time. They are easy to swallow. Each softgel is about 7/8″ long. We have had no problems with fishy taste or aftertaste or burps. Each order has been great same quality. We buy them for their quick release source of Omega-3 derived from 2,000 mg per serving Antarctic Krill Oil. Each gel has EPA & DHA with Astaxanthin. Krill oil is a source of omega-3 fatty acids. Unfortunately the amount of EPA and DHA in each gel cap is quite small. You’re going to have to take quite a few of these to get a clinical dose and the anti-inflammation benefits that come with it. Other than that it’s a good product, you’re just going to have to use a lot of them every day and you’re going to flow through a bottle in short order.

Gel caps completely glued together upon arrival.
Compared to a handful of other brands, I do see the best results with carlisle. However, and it’s a big however, when I received the package, the gel caps were completely glued together, aside from a few on the top. I tried putting the bottle in the refrigerator for a few hours, as recommended, to be able to loosen them. I finally had to cut the bottle open and try to gently unglue them. This resulted in some being loosened but also some breaking apart and creating a horrible, smelly mess. The remaining 3/4 of the bottle are impossible to unglue. I haven’t contacted the company yet but I’m really hoping they will come through for me.

Nature’s Supplement
I wanted to write this review for a couple of reasons. First of all, A few years ago I was told by my specialist to take Fish Oil for a condition. I did some research and found Krill Oil was at least comparable to fish oil, as it high in Omega 3 fatty acid. I figured if blue whales could take it, so could I. I have been taking Krill Oil for about 5 years, and this particular product for about 3 years. It is the best price. I have no side effects. Occasionally I will be able to have a fishy taste in my mouth. Everyone’s body reacts differently to anything you ingest. You need to realize you are taking fish oil – it will not taste like chocolate! It is a larger pill, but it is 1000mg, so you can get the most benefits from that dosage. I never get headaches, and I also notice that I do not get body aches or swelling. I’m a runner and run 3-4 times per week. I attribute this supplement with helping maintain my body, and slowing the progression of my condition. I have not regretted using this and my body has become accustomed to its addition. No supplement will ever cure you of anything, but with proper life choices and this as an addition, it can add to a healthy life.
