Good Quality
Good quality and taste. Started taking this several months before I had a blood test and was hoping to see my cholesterol improve from the prior year. I was surprised to see my numbers had jumped a significant amount: overall cholesterol from 210 to 250/ LDL from 130 to 170. Looked into causes and found that DHA in fish oil can do this. Stopped taking this and found a Carlson capsule that is 100% EPA (which has been found to lower ldl). Hoping a blood re-test will reveal improved numbers in 6 months or so.
