All around great and not just for the price
I bought these because after 4 years of grooming my dog every 8 weeks the groomer told me they would charge me $100+ to shave him because he was matted. I knew he was not matted as I brushed him the same as always. So I hopped on Amazon and bought these for a great deal. I figured even if they got me through one cut it was cheaper than a grooming. Best purchase I’ve made this year! I charged them right away and they went through his freshly washed and brushed hair like butter. I groomed him four times on the same charge. There is definitely a learning curve to doing your own grooming but my puppers doesn’t care and I’m usually the only one that notices. None of the components heat up. The small clippers are great for paws. The nail file works but I’m not great with it. The scissors included are not the best so I use a pair I bought years ago for trimming his face and ears.*My one warning: I banged the hair out after the first use and they would work due to a misalignment. I took the blade off, realigned it and then they worked.These are all around great clippers for the at home do it yourselfer.

General grooming
I have two goldendoodles and it was going to be a while before I could get them into see their groomer. I purchased this for quick clean up here and there to make due till their next appointment. Very easy to use. Not loud, love that it is cord less and not having to worry about doing this next to an outlet. Able to groom them outside on the deck. Worked great.

Definitely less noisy and more effective than my previous clippers made for humans. The attachment for trimming pads was effective too. I almost skipped the purchase due to a review that said the combs wouldn’t stay on. That user may not have pushed them into place completely as there was no risk of them coming loose. My little guy is so well behaved—-except during grooming time. He was much better with these tools, which I largely attribute to the noise involved. The clipper was also lighter weight than my previous tool, which makes it easier to maneuver. Hopefully the grooming experience will get even better with time.

This is my second order of this clipper. We use the first on our show dogs and have been very happy. Theyare quiet, give a great cut and rechargable is a plus!It may sound strange, but my husband has a beard and has tried multiple clippers to keep it looking nice. All the human ones left much to be desired, so when I thought about it, I decided to order one for him to try. All the others are in the trash now. These clippers work wonderfully and we are both pleased!!!

Good item at first but the blade got super hot and it would turn off. Unsure if it’s just the one I got. But the clips and shaver is awesome I loved it at first. Tools are helpful
