Works well on thick doodle fur
I got this off of a recommendation from our vet for trimming angora rabbit fur. I tried it on my doodle’s fur and it worked great too so I bought another. It can cut easily through unmatted fur and you can slowly coax it through mattes too. It is easy enough to control to not cut your rabbits skin when shaving super short. The guards work well, but make sure you look carefully for which side is which. On guard has a 3mm side and a 6mm side. You would think you could visually tell the difference without the label but they look very similar. The battery lasts quite a while. More than I need to do a full body trim on my small 12lb dog. It is very quiet and light weight. All the fur that might get trapped under the blade can easily be cleaned out by removing the blade from the top and cleaning it out. All around great little clippers, especially for the price

YES! YES! YES! DO IT!
First, this is my best buddy in the whole wide world and I love him very dearly and it is mutual until it comes to grooming certain areas unless my little stage 5 is in the bath. I had a brilliant idea and found this brilliant product. It arrived this week and I gave it a test run tonight. He got a bath tonight and for the first time EVER, allowed me to clipper around his eyes and snout. I have only been able to use scissors and I can only get so close with those. He was surprisingly comfortable with this. He did not growl or try to bite me. He does not nibble, he draws blood and he will not let you take his squirrel either. This made me more comfortable as well with home grooming him. The noise level is comparable to a bikini trimmer. The attachments are beautifully made. Love that they are dual ended. Less pieces that I have to try not to lose and less storage. Love how compact and lightweight this clipper set is. My favorite thing is the interchangeable clipper heads. I will be selling all of his old grooming equipment. Charging seemed fairly quick, but it did have a little charge on it when I got it. Once I can get him comfy enough to shave in the bath, that’s where he is going to be shaved. I have a very heavy duty hair catcher and this was the easiest cleanup as well. I wasn’t covered in dog hair and none of my furniture is either. Tonight was a bath and leave in detangler with eyes being trimmed up. I have to work in batches with him and have let his winter coat grow so he’s not too cold. Tomorrow, he will be fully shaved and touched up on his face so it isn’t so choppy. He isn’t super long and too matted and I trust that this clipper set will be able to handle his winter coat. I just have to wait for the bestie to come over and hold him for me. He is a two person job when it comes to shaving him. He was kicked out of the groomer because he is feisty. I would recommend this clipper set in a heartbeat. What little I used it today, it worked great. Great way to minimize clutter and this is just an all around brilliant design. So many positive reasons to give it a try.

These little clippers are amazing!
We have a 16 year old long haired kitty who has always had beautiful, long, well-groomed fur. As she has gotten older it’s gotten harder and harder for her to do her own grooming, and she hates to be brushed – as a result she developed numerous “turkey feathers” (mats). I decided to shave her vs try to hand cut them all out (there were a LOT, and trying to hold a squirming cat while trimming giant mats from under armpits and belly while wielding sharp scissors sounded like a recipe for disaster). I wanted something quiet that stayed cool to the touch, was cordless, rechargeable, and actually effective. Other cheap clippers I’ve tried in the past didn’t work all that well. But THESE…oh…these cut through mats like butter!These clippers are fantastic! They are very quiet, and didn’t scare our kitty. They only have one speed, but they have multiple guards for different lengths. The single speed is just fine, it worked great all over her and didn’t feel too slow or fast. The ceramic blade meant that the clippers stayed cool to the touch even during long grooming sessions (I’m not a pro so it took me a while to get her whole body given the number of serious mats I had to contend with). The charge lasts about 2 hours, and it recharges quickly. The clippers themselves are small and lightweight, so were comfortable for me to use. The clippers went through seriously dense/thick mats with no problem once I got the hang of how to properly do it (I stuck a comb through the bottom of the mat closest to her skin and then used the clippers to shave the mat off above the comb so as not to cut her skin by accident). Our girl now has a stylish lion cut and seems so much happier now that the mats aren’t pulling on her skin like they had been. I can’t believe how amazing these little clippers are for the price – I’m very pleased with my purchase and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for pet clippers.

Wow! They WORK!
Many years ago, I spent $100+ on more “professional” Oster pet hair clippers. I can’t believe these affordable clippers work BETTER than the big name brand.We recently adopted an obese cat who had terrible matting down both her sides. The matts were down to her skin and almost like the hair was glued into hard clumps. Over the course of an hour and a half, I slowly clipped away all the matts!The clippers never nicked her and are pretty quiet (might still spook a more skittish cat). I had to figure out a technique that worked for us (I would brush around her face as I clipped her). I got faster once I practiced and went along. As you can see, I got a LOT off. She now looks like an edgy punk! I can tell she’s so much more comfortable, having all those lumps removed. I also did a sanitary trim around her hind end.My sister mentioned that her vet tech friend uses the same brand clippers at their vet clinic. They charge fast and are small and nimble.Even if these clippers don’t last forever, I already got my money’s worth and I would buy the same ones again and again!

Works well & quieter than larger clippers. Good value for the money, we use at a vet clinic for shaving for IV catheters, quick trims on face & small matted clumps. Attachments not that useful, pop off too easily. Long lasting for cost.

Our long haired cat gets matted hair on her lower back and hates being groomed. I have tried so many grooming products and tools with no luck. I saw this recommended on Reddit by individuals working in emergency vet medicine and thought I might as well try it. It is fairly quiet compared to others, although the cat still runs when hearing it. I have been able to get one or two clumps at a time while she is resting, and it has worked very well. I would recommend it, as it’s worked better than anything else I’ve tried and was easy and safe to use.

La máquina tiene un defecto y es que la cuchilla que va al lado de la navaja es de plástico. Pero corta increíblemente rápido.Tengo una gatito que siempre se le hacen bolas de pelos y era muy difícil contarle el pelo desde abajo, tardaba mucho con la máquina normal y eso que era una de buen marca, pero para pelo de humano. En fin que con esta y sin calentarse ni jalonear el pelo del gato, terminé en menos de 20 minutos. No me arrepiento de esta compra. De verdad, vale mucho la pena, trae peines y cargador.

Kann ich nur empfehlen, gute Akku- sowie Schneideleistung. Ein Vergleich mit einer “richtigen” Schneidemaschine wäre ein Vergleich mit Äpfeln und Birnen. Nutze ich bei meinem Dackel um mal ein paar Haare zu entfernen und mal eben den eigenen Kurzhaarschnitt zu korrigieren oder auf die Schnelle die Haare die aus den Ohren wachsen zu entfernen. Ich schätze, für kleine Dinge optimal.

I bought these clippers in green for trimming small areas like between paw pads or to clip a small area for an IV catheter while at work. It seems to work fine which is great but it’s definitely not green which is the colour I ordered, it’s not even pink which is the only other colour that was available to buy but some how it arrives white. But the main thing it works. Also keep in mind it takes a while yo arrive
