Must get book
This book clearly explains how to solve complex problems in electronics in the most intuitive way possible. One thing I liked about this book is that you “really” don’t need to know calculus to use it (you better know your trig and algebra though.) It should be given to students before they take a calculus based electronic class. Also if you are going into electronics, I would recommend reading this book before or while taking calculus. That way you can get a better understanding on what and why you are learning the material (most calculus books don’t explain it from an electronics point of view), and it was hard for me to understand their relationship when I first started doing circuit analysis using calculus. Anyway, great book that I would recommend to anyone.

Not bad
Good book for my major. I kinda wish it expanded more on some topics and laws of derivatives, but it’s pretty good.👍🏿

My students love it
I am using this book for Calc I and II. All of my students take electronics courses. I do wish there was a Kindle version available.

Easy to read and has enough solved problems to work.
Excellent primer on calculus geared towards electronics.

I designed a lot of electronics without a formal education and now I wanted to fill my ‘calculus gap’ to really understand nonlinear circuits without having to rely on software simulators only. For the first time I have found a math book I actually enjoy reading: the author proceeds by simple, understandable steps and suddendly you find out you discovered how formulas and concepts *really* work. This is a quite different approach from the classical “just learn this, that’s how it’s done”. As a professional courseware writer, I highly recommend it.Electronics examples and applications also help in understanding and applying the math to practical purposes, but the book is very good even for the math part alone.Caveat: the electronics parst assume you have a basic knowledge of linear circuits (at least Ohm’s law and such). The math part assumes basic algebra.
