The Best
I’ve gone through a lot of these type of liquid supplements and this is the best so far. The price is good, but the quality is great! I don’t want any artificial stuff in my supplements, and this one fits the bill. For anyone not liking the flavor, keep in mind that none of these type of supplements are meant to be taken straight out of the bottle. It is absolutely necessary to mix it with something. I mix it into freshly juiced vegetables, and/or orange juice along with my wheatgrass juice.This vitamin supplement will be my go to as long as I can get it.

The taste and smell are good! It is orange in color. In fact it tastes better than most liquid medications! I like that it has the right amount of vitamins I need, especially the methylfolate as folic acid makes me feel sick. One tablespoon per day per adult. Easy to swallow and tastes good. 32 day bottle (32 servings) for a single adult. I have gut motility issues so it helps to get my nutritional needs met this way.

This has a horrible taste
I cannot stomach the Metallic taste of this liquid vitamin. The taste lingers and it’s not pleasant. I ended up dumping it all down the sink and buying another brand. Pay the extra money and get something that’s quality.

It’s only been a couple of weeks..
But so far works as it should I haven’t noticed any crazy energy or anything. And it’s like a dark green and it doesn’t taste very good but it’s only a tablespoon and for what it is I feel like I’m getting a few vitamins I need and I’m missing in my diet. Not the worst tasting thing in the world but not the best either
