No magic results, but I’m already healthy. EXPENSIVE
For what it’s worth: I took these for a couple months, along with my other supplements & good diet. I did NOT notice any magic changes in energy, health, etc., although I’m generally very active & healthy. I take these more for preventative & maintenance purposes. I went off them for a couple months and also felt NO different. The Bulletproof brand IS high quality, but you definitely pay a premium for it. I haven’t found a cheaper alternative to this particular one, so I’ll keep buying it (I did find cheaper/still good quality alternatives to Bulletproof’s MCT Oils). My recommendation would be if you have an unlimited supplement budget, go ahead and get these. But if you’re on a budget and need to be choosy, I don’t know that these should be a priority.

On my second bottle
I didn’t think that i would actually notice a difference taking this. many times taking supplements is a long term strategy for overall health with benefits reaped over time. but i absolutely notice a brightness in my skin when i take this. Nice!

Although far down my list of supplements (due to cost factors) I do note a reduction in inflammation during use. Cost is a little high for me at present. Otherwise, I’d use it more frequently.
