Best numbers I’ve seen since they diagnosed me.Less expensive and I’m feeding my body the healthiest oil out there instead of random grazing? Five stars.And I no longer begrudge the softgels that freezer space.

Standard fish oil from a company I trust. I’ve ordered a few products from them over the years, and decided to give this one a shot. I would say that it’s pretty much a regular fish oil, only a fraction of the cost. Fishy burps do happen a little bit, but that’s going to be with any fish oil you take. The trick it to take it before you eat, this way it leaves the stomach before dissolving, and is digested in your intestines- no fish burp this way. If you take it after food, it just sits on top until your food is digested. Perfect size to get a real dose, but not even remotely hard to swallow. Good product, will recommend and buy again.
