This product is amazing for me my daughter nurses multiple times in an hour and helped me thicken up my milk as well as help my supply! It doesn’t taste too bad, still has that protein taste that isn’t the best but it’s a lot easier to have everyday! I found the best way for me was to sprinkle some in my oatmeal and yogurt then drink the rest in a coffee of hot chocolate

Chocolate one taste best!
Love the chocolate one! Tried other two flavors and didn’t taste great. Had a sandy taste.So far this one is the best!I throw in 1-2 Oreos because I have a sweet tooth but rather not use actual sugar.Definitely recommend it. Haven’t used it enough to speak on helping with milk supply so fingers crossed 🤞🏽

Pretty good
The vanilla Chai flavor tastes pretty good, but the powder doesn’t dissolve very well. Even with 12 oz almond milk (package says use 8oz) and vigorous shaking in a blender bottle, there’s still quite a large chunk stuck in the bottom. Otherwise it’s good. I also tried it mixed with coffee which tasted very good like a latte.I haven’t noticed any increase in milk supply though. I bought these in hopes if bringing my “just enough” production up. The sample box is only 10 packets though, so maybe it’s supposed to take longer than 10 days to see a difference? Overall I think it tastes good and keeps you full for a while but it’s kind of expensive for what it is. Can get a large jar of protein shake from Costco foe the same price as these 10 packets.

I use this after a workout as a meal replacement and it works. I don’t eat until dinner time or even late at night. I also mix it with their pumpkin boost or peanut butter powder. 100% recommend. Worth my money.
