    Great Boots!!
Was looking for a pair of rustic all around Chelsea boot and came across these blundstones and I’m glad I did. For the money they are awesome, the look, feel have been great so far. They even came with a extra set of insoles to add more comfort or for different foot sizes, I will add though, you do need to wear thick socks with them for about a week or two for the break in period but after that your golden! I really recommend these Chelsea boots!!

Updated review after 3+ years of daily wear- Durable, stylish, and no laces- best boots ever!
3+ year update- Well, it’s now April 2024 and I’m still wearing the original pair I bought back in Dec 2020. For real. These have been the longest lasting, most comfortable shoes I’ve ever had. I’m still wearing them every single day. However, they have developed a squeak in both shoes as I walk that I can’t unhear so I’ll probably be buying a new pair and reserving the old ones for yard work and the like. This is most definitely due to years of wear and tear and not a manufacturer issue. I beat the hell out of these shoes.Amazingly, the soles have stayed intact and attached to the leather for over three years of daily use! That’s really impressive! The leather is also still in great shape. I condition them with mink oil now and then and that really refreshes them. So, final thought- Are they comfortable- yes, absolutely. Are they durable? Almost impossibly so. Are they worth the money? Yes, yes, yes.Enjoy yours!2 year update- still going strong! Sole and leather upper show no signs of detaching and I’m still wearing them daily. Just applied a new coat of Obenauffs (see last 2 pics) and they’re good to go hopefully for at least another year!—————————————————————————————————————————1+ Year Update-I still really like these boots. They’ve held up pretty well over the year while wearing them almost daily. I’ve worn them mostly around town, on light hikes, and through rain, snow, and slush. They have kept my feet dry and in comfort. I appreciate how easy they are to pull on and off while still not really feeling loose like many slip on shoes. These days the elastic on the sides are starting to fray. The tread is wearing down too. The leather has held up remarkably well and there is only slight separation between the leather and the sole on one of the shoes. I’ll probably end up buying another pair when these eventually fail me.These are certainly not BIFL, but I don’t think any shoes are. They probably aren’t made as well as they used to be when they were still made in Australia either, but they’re still pretty damn good.______________________________________________________________________________________________I was looking for a pair of boots that could be my go-to multi-purpose easy on, easy off boots and these definitely fit the bill. They’re rugged enough to be worn in nasty weather, but also look good enough to pass for business casual. I have a wide toe-box and often have trouble finding wide shoes that fit well. Being slip-ons, I was worried that I would have a lot of heel lift, but this wasn’t a problem at all. They’re quite tight at first, being almost annoyingly difficult to put on. As you wear them, they loosen up though. Plus, as with most quality leather shoes, the more you wear them, the more comfortable they get.I’ll admit, I was initially attracted to them due to their popularity. I will also say that I’m immediately skeptical of products like this because I think some products get swept up into fashion fads and end up being poorly made. Not so with these boots. They’re very light-weight but seem to be able to hold up to serious abuse. For those die-hard USA Made or bust folks (respect) but these are not for you. They say Australia all over the packaging and on the pull tabs but are actually made in Vietnam. Still, the quality is high and I expect them to last for a long time, even with lots of abuse.Like all leather boots I buy, I immediately treated them with Obenauf’s and I recommend giving them a nice coating of a protective oil once and a while to extend the life of the material.I will update this review if my opinion changes as I continue to wear the boots.————————————————————————————————————————–

    Perfect on Day One
I have a pair of Blundstone boots that I’ve never been able to break in. I even started to wonder if they were counterfeit boots. Then I got these. On day one I went for a three mile walk. My socks weren’t super thin but not thick either and these boots were perfect. No rubbing against my heel and the leather was not too stiff. One thing I did do was the night before wore them in the house for a few hours but otherwise they were great right out the box. Mind you these aren’t hiking boots but they were fine for a short urban walk. I bought my usual size. Unless they really stretch I probably will not be able to use with super thick socks. Also the rustic brown is gorgeous. Worth the money? You get what you pay for when it comes to shoes.ETA: they did stretch and the next day wore thicker socks. Great boots.

Super comfy right out of the box.
Got my normal size. Leather is gorgeous and they feel already broken in. I have a bunion and toe issues so probably a wide would be better but these may stretch and soften in a bit. Will definitely get another pair for the superior comfort just need to wait for a sale!

    Excellent muck-about boots
I was looking for an easy slip on boot for winter muck that was sturdy but nice looking. These are exactly that. They keep my feet warm schlepping thru the snow but go nicely with casual work attire. I ordered a half size up and they fit perfectly with a regular cotton athletic sock. I find them comfortable and supportive for all day wear. My only concern is the solid, one-piece sole that doesn’t look like it can be resoled; that may shorten the life of the boot. We shall see.

    Great First Impression
Product arrived on time and look great. Very comfortable straight out of the box especially compared to other boots that I own. Looking forward to a long ownership experience.

soles of these boots will self-destruct if you store them. just look.
these boots were put in storage after purchase — the soles promptly cracked up after they were put to use. compare the uppers (almost brand new) with the soles (cracked to pieces). i have gone thru 5-6 pairs of this same model since 2000 — generally get 3-4 years of wear out of them. not this time.

2nd year now with these, and they still look and feel amazing. Having the extra insole helps with thinner socks. Great purchase…although not a cheap one!

Super boots pour toutes utilisations. Les semelles imperméables en font une chaussure tous temps et j’aime leur look authentique. Taillent bien et confortables. Je les porte avec des chaussettes un peu moelleuses.

Goldilocks was how one person described their fitting experience with Blundstone and that’s how it’s been for me too. I’m a woman, preferring the classic boot due to the fact they’re lined and my feet get cold, the size 5 was clumpy, clownish and not at all embracing. Size 4 was very firm, to the point of discomfort, and ever-so-slightly too short in the toe in one foot only. Apparently half a size is for width only, which leaves me with no options. Somehow, in all the shoes and boots I own, I am sizeless in a Blundstone.

The leather is so stiff, that it is very difficult even to put on, let alone wearing them. It is possible that it would become softer with time, but my feet would not last that long.
