I started with the one on the wrist. That is the easiest to use but the most inaccurate!I ordered 2 different ones for the arm. The one that was the closest to accurate was the one I kept. It was still about 12 points too high.

This monitor records about 30 points high. I had to record my pressure readings for one month until I returned for a follow-up with my cardiologist. The readings were all over the place!! So I took the monitor with me to the doctors office and compared it to their blood pressure readings. All three comparisons were 30 points high. Now my window of return is past (by 8 days) so now I’m stuck with a monitor that’s defective. I recommend “Do Not Buy”.
