I received a private email from the seller. I was not requesting a refund, but one was offered, with their apologies for the audio. The product has the irritating audio, the BP cuff does work. I will continue to use it, but know that if the audio does tell you the range is normal, please check with your health care provider to be sure it is the range they want to see and accurate.

This wrist blood pressure monitor was a letdown. Despite its backlit display and memory function, the readings were inconsistent and inaccurate, even when following instructions carefully. The voice broadcast is loud and cannot be adjusted, and the device is highly sensitive to wrist positioning, making it frustrating to use.Cons: Unreliable readings, difficult positioning, loud voice feature, drains batteries quickly.
