Unacceptable
I purchased this kit for my husband ( who is bald with a beard 🧔🏽♂️) 😂 after watching a great review on Youtube. The fact it cost almost $90 was shipped and arrived in this condition is unacceptable. The box was completely open with kraft kringle paper shreds, which is weird to begin with. The razors were open, seemingly tapered with. And the manual was as if it had been read and passed down three generations. If this was ordered and previously retuned multiple times, sir or ma’am, take it off the shelf or replace it with “New-used items”. Can’t speak on the products since I am not willing to take a risk on the condition in which they came 😮💨.
