So far I can see a difference!
It’s only been a little over a week and I’ve already lost 2 pounds. I haven’t watched my calories because my husband has been off work for a week, so we’ve been eating out more and lounging more because it’s his stay-cation at home. I couldn’t believe it when I got on the scale and saw a 2 pound difference. I’m also about 5 days before starting my period and I usually always gain about 5 pounds several days before I start. I haven’t worked out or changed my diet. As a matter of fact I’ve probably over eaten. My hubby starts back to work in a few days and I’m getting back to my normal routine of intermittent fasting and working out and I’m sure the results will be even more noticeable. I even got my hubby started on them.Update: Hubby has lost 5 pounds so far and he’s an avid beer drinker. I started my period and I couldn’t believe how amazing I felt the entire time too. Different color/ smell than usual
I’ve been buying these for about a year (they are great) but normally capsules are beige. This last batch I received is different. The color is a bright yellow and there is no strong cinnamon smell. Wondering if anybody else noticed or can explain the change.

I like this Berberine bc of the addition of Ceylon Cinnamon, Turmeric, Milk Thistle& Bitter Melon all things I’ve read that are great for Digestion & help with weight loss. So far, so good. I think it takes time for your body to adjust to this and also for the effects to be noticeable. Although I do notice better digestive health and energy.

The product works. No horrible after taste. It arrived on time. It’s been fantastic so far. Have noticed less cravings & feel less bloated. will buy more for definately. My only feedback is to look at possibly changing the marketing. You say 5 months of supply, but it is a 90 tablet bottle, If you took 1 tablet a day for 90 days that’s approx 3 months, not 5. need at least 152 tablets to last 5 months. As advertised.
