This has been a great help with my inflamation issues! I was using another product that was a powder form in a capsule, and reluctantly bought this because my capsule order kept getting pushed back with delivery schedule. I was reluctant because I really don’t believe that gummies can be all that beneficial (I think – candy). Hands-down, the most delicious without a doubt. You could use it in place of candy. Obviously it is very sweet. If you’re looking for a health product then this is not for you. It makes more sense to eat, pickled ginger or ginger infused kombucha to get the quantities of ginger or use ginger and cooking rather than eat these candies.
