This product Organic Prebiotic Superfood Fiber Supplement taste really good. I used it for the first time this morning at 9:00a today. I mixed it in my pineapple and Banana smoothie with almond milk. The taste was amazing, and I have not felt hungry yet (but I did make myself eat after 5 hours). I have not used the bathroom yet either (which I like to do because I’m on a regular schedule every morning) but we will see. I purchased this product because other fider products are so nasty tasting and do not offer what this one does.I like garden of life products they are clean and healthy

I’ve read some of the reviews and have few suggestions. Regarding it not mixing well, put a small amount of water in a glass and add the fiber to make a paste. Then add the rest of the water. You’ll find that it does mix well that way. I did experience a little gas when I first started taking this but I’ve been using it for over 6 months now and my body has adjusted to this and I no longer have any intestinal problems. One caution, prebiotics and probiotics work best if you stay away from foods that feed bad bacteria. As far as the taste is concerned, I don’t have a problem with the orange flavor. I’ve tried a ton of different prebiotic brands and this one tastes better than most and works better. I’m not drinking it for the flavor but the results. Finally, and this is the most important, the last six months, everyone in my office has been sick with colds and flu. I am the only one who has not been sick. This was not always the case. I’ve also lost some weight and don’t crave sugar and carbs like I used to. I’m diabetic so this has been an added bonus.

Doesn’t Dissolve, Grossly Sweet Artificial Flavor
I have enjoyed other Garden of Life fiber products, so I decided to try this as a lower calorie option. I’m very disappointed. The flavor is overly sweet and artificial. It never fully dissolves, leaving many small clumps that you have to try to wash down. Do not recommend.

Not tasty on its own!
I eat pretty healthy but after logging my food, I was shocked to see how low I still manage to fall on my fiber intake. I initially got the Metamucil powder but I didn’t want to keep using that daily since it has aspartame in it. After reviewing ingredients, the garden of life product appeared to be the best. On its own it is so chalky though so I couldn’t bring myself to drink it regularly. I experimented with adding it into my daily chocolate protein shake though and it’s perfect! You get a yummy chocolate orange flavor and no chalky flavor. Highly recommend this product so long as you can somewhat mask the flavor!

I love this for everyday but do not start with what they say to take. I only use about a 1/4 of a teaspoon and it works great for me. Start with a low dose to see how much you really need.Mixes really well with water. It come in an unflavored version also.

Unfortunately, this stuff does not dissolve in water. I am super disappointed and disgusted! Garden of Life Products are usually very good. However, I cannot recommend this product. It’s clumpy chunky it doesn’t taste terrible but, again doesn’t mix in water and I don’t put my fiber in anything but water so what’s the point. I would never buy again.
