High Quality Fish Oil
As a physician I don’t like to take in supplements that are of questionable quality and from the research that I have done, this is the real deal and worth the increased price over other fish oils that can be had for cheaper. These are the best omegas I’ve ever taken. NO after taste. No side effects. I’ve taken Nordic Naturals and other brands in the past but usually they make my skin break out for whatever weird reason (probably more me than the product). No break outs from this.My naturopath gave me a sample of this product and advised that there is some new research that shows taking omega supplements and probiotics during pregnancy and breastfeeding has been shown to reduce eczema and allergies in children. If you are pregnant, you may want to consider investigating this research yourself if these run in your family.

Best fish oil around!
I have not bought from Amazon yet, but got these from my naturopath. These are the best fish oils I have ever had! They use high quality fish instead of sardines like a lot of other oils and there is no fishy smell, after taste or burps.I have a lot of inflammation so my Dr has me take one in the morning and one at night. When I did this, I actually dropped some weight too!The pills are pretty big, but worth it.

This product is the best ever omega 3 I have used. No repeating at all and seems to work really well for me. Highly recommended!So, one thing I noticed is it may be helping me with deeper sleep. I’m really not doing anything different but switched to taking these an hour before bed. I don’t know about you but good sleep is an awesome thing.

Quality EPA and DHA ratio Omega 3
I love this. This is by far the best ratio of EPA and DHA with high contents of total omega 3. I am pretty sure you can’t find any better than this. Never buy fish oil that contains omega 6 and 9 which we already have it in our body excessively from our regular food (junk or healthy doesn’t matter). Remember only 3 is needed.

Capsules stuck together
Item came and all the gel caps were stuck together in the bottle. I was able to get some unstuck, but not others. I love this brand and this item, but unfortunately, this bottle was defective.
