So I just got this and it’s definitely worth 5 stars, for the price. I mean, it’s plastic but that’s expected and will work just fine.I initially had the same problem as many others and couldn’t get the head onto the wand and was about to file the two little nubs like someone else mentioned but that’s not at all necessary. After looking closely, the nubs are different sizes, as well as the hole slots so if you put the big hole on the big nubs then as you slide and push the small hole onto the small nubs, and at the same time flex part that the cloth goes over, it’ll pop right into place. It’s super easy and it’s a good thing they made the nubs stick out as far as they did, because it makes a stronger product. YOU DO NOT NEED TO FILE ANYTHING OR BEND IT EXCESSIVELY. Like others, I thought quality control, or engineering, was a bit sloppy but it’s the opposite, this was done intentionally to make a stronger product, you just need to pay attention closely when putting this together. I hope this helps others!

Fairly Good Product
This is not a bad product, but could be a little more sturdy. Attaching the head to the handle was somewhat difficult until I figured out that you have to bend the head to insert into the pins on the handle.

All I needed was more of the pads but for the same price I was able to get an extra wand. Material of the pad is good; use this regularly on inside the windshield.
