Tastes like garbage water
How can anyone claim that this product tastes good? What is wrong with all of you? This absolutely tastes like garbage water. Do you drink bong water for fun? If you like this product I guarantee you think Applebee’s is fine dining. I’ve been drinking protein powders for over 20 years and I can safely say this is in the top 3 worst protein powders I’ve tasted. Costco carries ascent chocolate and before buying it in bulk I decided to give this sample size a shot. My first sip almost made me spit it out. Do you know the smell that hits you when you walk into your work bathroom after someone with a terrible diet has destroyed the room? That smell is what the first taste of this ascent protein powder tastes like. It’s absolute garbage. But hey it mixed pretty well in my shaker bottle so at least it earned one star. Honestly go buy Dymatize ISO 100 Gourmet Chocolate and learn what good things taste like.

TOO MUCH STEVIA
Way too much Stevia. Having gotten rid of all sugar in my diet and only use a little monk fruit/Erythritol blend to manually sweeten my custom shakes this was way too sweet. As I’ve gone pretty much low carb/keto lifestyle, I think the manufacturers of these shake powders keep the addiction to sweetness. That doesn’t help with lifestyle change. I can use half the serving of this mix for more than adequate level sweetness to simply take away bitterness of the cocoa.
