I’ve been taking these fish oil pills for a month now and I can’t say for certain that it’s helped anything, but it hasn’t hurt!The pills are large, and you are supposed to take three as the daily dose. At first this seemed a bit daunting, but like anything else it just takes getting used to. With ample liquid and food, they go down just fine.I have taken fish oil pills in the past and had that problem with tasting the fishiness. I neither taste nor smell anything off of these.I took these to supplement my workout and change in diet focused on lowering my blood pressure. It has been consistently lower but I’m sure it’s due in part by the diet and exercise–the pills (placebo effect or not) have made me feel a little better at the start of my day. Not so much as a stimulant, but I haven’t felt as sluggish.Overall no complaints! I think it’s worth continuing to take with a good diet and increased exercise. I’ll see what my doctor says in a couple months.
