Nice looking, self contained Board-Cards-Pegs set.The cards play well, the board is nice looking and solid.The pegs are nice metal but some are too similar in color for my old eyes.

The quality of this set was better than I expected. I wanted something that we could use at family events but that would stand the test of time. I feel like this set will be in our game cabinet for years. The metal pegs are sturdy and add to the beauty of the game set. Overall a nice cribbage set that is Giftable!
A nice set for the price – Pros: The all-metal pegs, they feel heavy and substantial! They won’t break like plastic pegs might. The wooden board with magnetic closure device is attractive and the magnets close the lid quite firmly and securely. The generous storage area holds 2 decks of cards, I replaced the ‘free’ decks with jumbo index cards from a well-known playing card company named after a 2-wheel mode of transportation. The replacement decks are a tad larger but can wiggle into the foam cutout spaces provided inside the board’s hinged compartment. I found a plastic keeper case to hold the metal pegs when not in use that also fits in the storage area. Cons: One of the peg holes in the racetrack (scoring area) was not drilled well. I had to ‘force’ the metal peg into the hole. Not a huge deal. Wish they provided a nice plastic holder for the pegs that would be nice. Numbers every 5 holes on the board should be larger (if possible) VERY hard to read with senior eyes! The folks in my 55+ cribbage club admired my new Amerous board! They said it was attractive and were pleasantly impressed by the magnetically-clasped hinged lid with storage for 2 decks of cards and 9 (included) heavy-duty metal pegs.

Nice felt bottom so it won’t scratch surfaces. The pegs are solid and not a cheap metal or plastic. I give this a solid 5 stars for the price you can’t beat it.

Metal pegs in 3 colors, matching the three lanes. It has extra holes for holding as well as for keeping track of wins. An extra peg, too! Plus two decks of cards! I hope the magnetic lock holds up over time because it’s very practical and easy to use. The storage area makes it perfect for travel, and you won’t lose the pegs at home, either.I recommend it!

Beautiful board with metal pegs. For up to 3 players, the instructions are different from what I’m used to, esp the 2 player portion. But over all, great quality, cards are good quality cards. It’s great for travel as everything is contained in the board and stored easily.

I bought this for my husband for his birthday because he’s been wanting a cribbage set. The wood is nice And the image painted on the top for the pegs is in great shape. It has a nice double hinge for opening and it has a container that is lined with velvet material on the inside for a spot with two decks of cards and the small box that hold all of the pigs you play with. I wish that they came with bicycle cards, but bakers can’t be choosers. It’s a great size, and it even came in a nice cardboard box for storage if you really wanted to keep it, dust free. I would definitely buy this again for another gift
