one of my cats has an aversion to peeing in the litter pan—will use pan to poop, but would rather pee on soft surface. (no medical issues, and i scoop twice a day.) after 7 years of cleaning the rugs at random intervals, i experimented and put an empty litter pan with just a dish towel in it, in the area most favored. it was a MIRACLE. after 2 uses of dish towel, i used a pee pad instead. the 22×22 inch almost perfectly covers the bottom of a ‘large’ size litter pan. he loves it! omg i am happy to have a random litter pan in the bedroom. if he scratches the paper, the pee gets underneath the pad, so i improved it by putting a 2nd pad upside down on the bottom to absorb that. but now he is happy to not dig the corners up, so it’s only 21 cents a go now and i don’t have to wash the pan–now just swap out the top pad.

Perfect Size, Great Leak Proof Pads
These Puppy pads are excellent for training my Chihuahua puppy to go potty. They are the perfect size and just as described. I ordered some last month from another place and they were horrible. One time after my puppy pottied on them they were smelling and tearing up. The urine dries quickly on these pads and there is no smell until the pads are ready for a change. The Amazon Basics pads are leakproof and very good quality. I have purchased name-brand pads from a well-known pet store that cost a lot more and these are better. I am very happy with the purchase and so is my puppy.

Good size and absorbent
We have an 11 year old beagle who has some accidents through the night. She wakes us up usually but not always. Luckily she goes in the kitchen where there’s vinyl flooring. These are nicely padded and great size. I had the 21” ones but had to put multiples down. These are bigger and cover the area nicely without much work trying to get them laid out. They’re absorbent and don’t leak when you pick them up. Very happy with my purchase.

We have two Yorkies, Biscuit and Gravy. Gravy will not use a pad and insists on going outside (thank you, thank you). On the other hand Biscuit is a 3-pound senior member of the family and only wants to go outside when the weather is good. In the meantime (if I correctly gauge his happiness) he uses this larger pad on his term and anoints (or deposits) his satisfaction all over the large pad. Saves us a lot of money by nt using the little dinky ones. If Biscuit’s aim is true he has a lot of options on the pad. Even Gravy (the outside buddy) has used the pad every so often. Highly recommended for your furry family members.

Puppy pads are perfect My puppy chews them up but it’s still perfect The weight is good because they do lay flat on the floor it absorbs a lot of the pee in the floor don’t be damp under it now if I could just get her to stop tearing them up they’re cheap but not that cheap they’re durable hoes a lot It’s soft on her butt cuz I walk on it with my feet to make sure but she’s still tears them up

Urine retention
Finally! These pads retain urine better than any brand I’ve bought so far. I was so tired of picking up dripping potty pads. My mother-in-law told me about the Amazon brand pads. I would rather pay for 50 sheets that are wider, longer, and hold urine well, versus 100 XL sheets that do not hold urine – at all. I am so glad I finally ordered a box, just wished I had done sooner. I certainly recommend.

These are the ones I always get
I have a cat that refuses to defecate in a litter box. He’s been to the vet. It cost $400 for them to say there’s nothing wrong. He just appear to not want to share a litter box with anyone else. I tried giving him his own brand new box on his own room and he won’t use that either. So we use puppy pads which I have to use painters tape to tape down or he lifts them up and paints under them. It’s fairly easy clean up when he doesn’t poop under them! And these are the cheapest bulk I’ve seen that I can set up to reship and not think about. They don’t get 5 stars because it’s Amazon and I hate it here

The Basics Puppy Pads are an excellent choice for pet owners dealing with puppy or dog accidents. They are affordable and effective, making them a practical alternative to using kitchen roll to clean up, which can be wasteful and less absorbent. They are of decent quality, I am not using them for training a pup, its for an elderly dog who is sickly and has accidents , they are also good for putting down if out and the dogs need to go to the loo.
