This is a great product. Very well made, nice packaging, travel case and they included a clear and thorough guide book and even the batteries! The fit and finish of the product is great. Very well made, feels high quality and works seamlessly.My favorite feature is the cuff. It’s well made and even folds up easily to be stowed. There’s even a small patch of Velcro on it to help with storage where it holds the cuff in place. That’s just a small touch that was well thought out.The screen is responsive and easy to read. My first few attempts to use it resulted in high numbers. I referred to the book and realized you need to place it a certain way and position your arm in a certain way for accurate results. After correcting the user error, I had great results with this and compared it to my local drug store machine and it was accurate!My guess is the negative reviews on here are mainly due to user error. Give it a shot and test for yourself. Great product, great price, great fit and finish and I think it will last a long time. Very happy with it!

Still haven’t figured out how to use cuff!
Instructions leave a lot to be desired! Self and neighbor still haven’t figured out how to correctly apply cuff to wrist; seems to be some major step left out to do so and readings are extremely high if I can’t figure it out. I’m hard of hearing so using telephone is very difficult to use to get instructions understood. Others have mentioned this problem too in their reviews. Useless if unusable!!

Somewhat accurate, big for small wrists
After a few recent medical visits, I noticed my BP is higher than a few years ago. I wanted this to check from time to time.The monitor is a reasonable size that can be easily carrier anywhere. I am petite so I do find the strap to be too much for me. I wish there was a way to cinch the strap to the right tightness. The battery section is easy to access and takes two AAA.I timed this to measure before and after a physician visit. The arm cuff at the office said I was 117/68. My measurements with this varies a lot. It seems to depend a lot on how much movement you’ve had, you arm position, and how well the cuff is attached. Once I took 10 minutes to sit and relax, wrap the monitor correctly and put my arm at a similar height like the office visit, the measurement was decently close to the office cuff. Any deviation from that, walking, arm in my lap, etc. affected both the systolic and diastolic numbers quickly.I would only recommend using this when you are relaxed and can sit with your arm elevated to your heart level. If you get an unusual reading, then use a arm cuff.
