very gentle and non irritating
I love using these to remove my eye makeup and it doesn’t irritate or burn my eyes . I t does take some effor to remove the water proof mascara and eyeliner but it all comes clean after I wash with a cleanser. I also use to wipe under my eyes after I apply my eyemakeup before I put on my foundation. I like the larger size.

Little pads do the job!
Wife has never used make up remover pads until she watched them being used on a TV show. Now, after using these, she asks, “Why have I never used these before?” She is very satisfied with the way these work.Even though the pads are little, they do the job to her satisfaction. Perfect! Gentle and oil free
I’ve tried so many eye makeup removers that claim to be oil free only to find them feeling greasy. Finally found these and they’re PERFECT. Thin pad so it’s very gentle with no pulling. Feels clean with no greasy residue. Removes make up in the fine creases. If I wear eye shadow I’d likely need to use one per eye. If I wore mascara probably two per eye. But they’re inexpensive enough not to worry about using extra.I’m overly sensitive to smell and I detect a very slight astringency that fades quickly. Not offensive at all and No scent.A product that does what it says at a reasonable price. I’ll buy these forever.

Been using these for years now
Only one complaint: not as tough on getting waterproof eye makeup off as easy. Leaves some behind unless you really scrubber hard and ladies that is not practical for sensitive eye area.I like that it doesn’t sting my eyes and it’s clean and leaves no oil behind.

Strong chemical! Not good for the eyes!
As a few others have mentioned, the strong chemical smell of this product hits you as soon as you unscrew the jar of Almay oil free micellar pads. The chemical in the pads made my eyes sting and I stopped using the product after one day. Almay notes these pads are biodegradable. It’s so sad that environmental concerns are more important to some companies than the safety of their product.

Oil-based remover works better
This product does not work as well as their oil-based one. I have to rub my eyes harder to get the makeup off and still wake up the next morning with raccoon eyes. I have sensitive eyes, so I don’t like having to rub harder and my eyes are more irritated in the morning from the remaining makeup residue. I recommend their oil-based makeup removal wipes.

I like how the makeup remover pads are thin as there is not much waste. I also like how soft they are, they don’t feel like they are pulling at my skin. I do tend to pour a bit of extra liquid makeup remover into these types of containers as I never feel they are quite wet enough, and I felt the need to do that for this one. But now it’s perfect.
