Does the job!
This is an update: After returning and receiving a new replacement, it works very well. The best part is the customer service was excellent in resolving the issue. I can recommend this product.This worked great for 2 days. Then one fan quit. Today (less than a week after receipt) a second fan stopped spinning. Maybe I got a dud? I like it other than it is defective. Not sure if I should return and try again with another one.

Great budget base
Byild quality feels great, and fan noise at max speed Is lower than my laptop (HP Envy 16) so that’s a win. Airflow is low but better than nothing, and reduces temps by 4-5 degrees on avg, so pretty good for a basic cooling pad.Tip: having its legs raised, even at the smallest degree, performs way better than without the legs as it allows for more cool air to flow through. Improved my temps by 2 degrees vs having it flat.

Mostly great
For standard use, this fan is fantastic. And for the price I really can’t complain. It’s lightweight, the led looks cool without being too bright and the fan works great for daily use. It is also the perfect size for most laptops. Playing any kind of a process heavy game is more than it can efficiently handle, though, so I’m going to have to find a second cooling pad for heavier use.

more simple but gives a decent cooling
This cooling pad is more on the simple end. You just plug it into your micro USB port and it powers on instantly. The power is not as heavy and strong as the costly fans. You pop the clip out and it holds your laptop in place. The cooling is decent and lighting is not so visible when you have a laptop on top of it. This is best for someone looking for a low costs fan that can do the basics and at least maintain some type of cooling verses none at all.

Does EXACTLY what it’s meant for and very well
I love this cooling pad. I place it under my laptop when I’m about to log on to start my business day or when I go on a gaming session. This pad can elevate itself and therefore elevate your laptop. I like it very much because it’s helped with my gaming and it feels really comfortable. My fans would run pretty hard when I would be on my laptop for more than two hours and you could feel the heat permeate from the back. I couldn’t keep anything behind my laptop because the heat would melt it or overheat it. With the cooling pad, I don’t have to worry about any of that. My fans don’t sound like jet engines anymore and the heat that was constant in the back, is no longer a problem. This cooling pad is quick to hook up and easy to start. If you can read, you can do it. I don’t know why I didn’t get this before, but so glad I have it now.
