I finally started using this product and was amazed. As an island girl, I love the smell of coconut, so that attracted me initially. For sure, it is the best moisturizer I’ve ever used. I do not process my very thick, curly hair. This moisturizer has a thick consistency and is easy to apply. I laid it on from root to tip after I washed and towel-dried my hair, and my fingers were just gliding along the hair shaft. No oiliness, no white film. The following day, the hair felt alive and supple. The curls were popping.

So this product has high functionality at keeping my hair optimally moisturized and frizz free. Its consistency is a heavy cream, which provides medium hold. It has a pleasant light coconut scent.
