This unit had the padding an could have came with a longer belt for adjustment for medium size, but did not. As they do not offer any other sizes….could be they purchased low and sell high for unit that was non selling from a manufacture or company? Return of item is free at Kohl’s but charges $7.95 to return via UPS. Only company that has so far charged me for a return.
