Tastes great, which is surprising from fish oil capsules! I couldn’t recommend these enough since they’re just easy to get down. I was a bit skeptical about these, but they’ve been pleasant. No gross fishy aftertaste, no burps—just an easy way to get my omega-3s. The lemon flavor is subtle but does a good job of masking any fishiness, which I really appreciate.The capsules are easy to swallow and don’t feel heavy on my stomach. They seem like a great quality, effective supplement. If you hate the usual fish oil aftertaste, these are definitely worth trying! Will be returning for more when these run out eventually.

Burpless Fish Oil Supplement!
This product was received as part of a promotion. I got this supplement for my husband who needs to take fish oil regularly, but ALWAYS has had a problem with side effects from other fish oil supplements. He’s always had a problem with “burping up” the fish oil flavor and making him not feel well (caused nausea, digestive upset, etc.) This fish oil supplement has the recommended daily serving of fish oil and it is “burpless”. He doesn’t have any of the yucky side effects he’s had with other fish oil supplements. Overall, he’s been very pleased with this product and will continue taking it.

Two smaller sized softgels – high quality – purified – the BEST
I’m a bit of a fan of this manufacturer (microingredients) because I’ve been pleased with every supplement I’ve ever tried from this company, and this one appears to be another winner. These softgels are well tolerated thus far. You take two per day to get the 1200mg fish oil. That is sort of the “magic number” I look for in a fish oil supplement and that’s what these deliver. At first I was mildly disappointed I’d have to take two to get the full daily dose, until I saw that they are relatively small. The fish oil I’d been taking for years is from a big box store and although it too delivers 1200mg per dose, the softgels are absolutely huge! Yes, taking two smaller ones is far better than just one horse-sized softgel. Also these are purified to remove any heavy metals. The quality of these is second to none. I like the hint of lemon, too – no fishy taste here! I’d already added these to my “re-order” list. Very happy with this high quality fish oil!

Sardines and Anchovies?
I didn’t realize this was sardines and anchovies, but I guess those grow in the Norwegian waters? Regardless, the pills are easy enough to swallow and have no after taste. I actually didn’t even notice the flavor. While I’m not sure about the efficacy of these pills, and am leery of the lack of third party testing, I will continue to take these for now.
