This bag is perfect for transporting hair products to do my Mom’s hair. It is nice and roomy with many compartments. The bag arrived with a tear and I reached out to the seller who was very timely with responding to my complaint and immediately sent out a replacement. Customer service is excellent and timely. Yes it’s crunched up when I got it. But once you start to fill it it takes shape. The 3 storage containers aren’t even full. Still have more to buy to fill it.. lol.. it’s exactly like the photo. Others said they couldn’t use it cause of wrinkles. Crazy. I love it. You’ve gotta stretch it out to the shape and it’ll be just fine. It helped me go threw my makeup and throw stuff out. Every women that has alot of makeup and likes to store it away this is perfect..I can take this any where I’m going to stay hotel, friends house, family. I’m so happy..

A piece of the plastic on the shoulder strap hook broke on my first attemp to fasten it. CHEAP!
When I tried to hook the strap on, a vital piece of the overly cheap plastic broke, leaving the strap 100% worthless. The way the bag was packaged for shipping SMASHED it to smithereens. It took me almost 40 minutes to straighten and stand it up before I could start filling in. This company does not give rats *ss about their consumers. I have NO patience or tolerance for this kind of BS. I would not recommend this product to anyone.
