fit’s a WIDE variety of arm sizes. much larger than the one that came with my machine. was initially worried it wouldn’t work right since the only adapter that fit my machine was half the length of the original. still worked, but i have to keep an eye on it so it doesn’t slip out, so far so good.

This cuff is well made out of decent materials and is put together well. The hook and loop (Velcro) is attached by sewing machine and the hook and loop extends the length of the cuff for a wide adjustment range. The cuff is marked and indexed so you know where to place it on your arm; you want the cuff over the brachial artery and about an inch above your elbow crease for the best accurate reading. But, follow the instructions for your machine and that printed on this cuff.This cuff makes a good replacement for your original cuff that is worn out, damaged, dirty, or if it doesn’t fit well. It also makes a nice “personal cuff” if you want your own cuff rather than use a “community” cuff. My cuff came with six different adapters to fit different blood pressure machines, although the description stated five would be supplied.In my opinion the cuff is a very good value. It’s priced at a little under $10.00 on Amazon as I write. If you need a decent cuff I’d give this one a good look. In fact, I’d just buy it. This is a worthy replacement and will serve you well.
