This thing is awesome! I got it as a bonus gift for my fiance for Father’s Day, and he was so happy with it! The appearance is awesome, it looks high end and almost mideival. And it has a ton of super useful attachments. We have used it to trim his hair, zero issues whatsoever. And I love that it’s a USB-C charger. Seriously, get this for the man in your life! Good for the price
The first delivery was sent back. It was obviously a defective, previously returned item: it had been re-packaged and the primary shaving head would fall off as soon as the razor was turned on. Amazon promptly issued a refund and quickly shipped a “new” replacement. Kudos for the quick refund and replacement but demerits for allowing a defective product back in the distribution stream.The razor it self is a bit heavy but the weight seems consistent with comparable razor designs. Definitely not a “travel lite” type razor. Lots of different heads; most attachments included are designed for cutting head hair. I have not tried all the heads but the ones I used seem sharp and work okay. Have not used it enough to verify battery run time but the digital display is nice and battery strength and longevity seem adequate. Overall a decent utility razor for the price. I will update this review if my opinion changes with extended use.

I had ordered this product for the price and reviews. I was happy with the weight, feel, and battery life as well as how easy it is to clean.4 months after I received it, the razor started turning on by itself. I would turn it off, and it would turn back on every 30-60 second later. When I contacted the seller, they asked questions about it’s functionality and tried problem solving with me. In the end, they simply sent me a new one to replace the defective one at no charge.I was very pleased my their customer service and received the replacement in less than 48 hours!
