~~Interesting recipes but…~~
The concept of Keto is indeed interesting…However, living in such a remote area, I would have to buy so many new items…and, the prep time is longer than I am used to in a meal.One thing is that the book doesn’t say how many the recipe will serve so would have to practice some… I don’t eat much fish except for canned tuna so the fish recipes would not work for me. I do love asparagus….but not kale…Like the concept of this cookbook, however. I will add that over the winter I basically omitted white bread from my diet…nothing to do with any book I had read…..and also potatoes. In the course of 6 months, I have lost over 20 pounds. Nothing intentional on my part but was feeling stuffed… More vegetables and used a smaller plate. Cooked the way I normally do with olive oil…Highly recommend this book…

I saw honey and maple syrup being used which may take it to the stage after you have reached your weight goals. Pretty good recipes though. I can’t buy it because I’m in the early stages.

What’s not to like? Oh, but I had to look up oven temps converted to Fahrenheit, but that’s ok! And all I have to say is if you can’t tell the approximate servings per recipe, you haven’t been cooking very long!

OK, but entirely American. Cup measures are not converted and there are no nutrition stats (carbs per portion etc). Chicken skins are discarded and honey is used. No portion sizes : how many people is a 14-egg quiche meant to serve? Still, some good ideas if you know what you’re doing.
