Great for travel
I was so worried about traveling with this because the pack inside has to be frozen for travel. But, thankfully, this thing is great and I had zero issues traveling internationally. 10/10 recommend if you need to travel with medication that needs to be refrigerated. I recommend taking whatever vial you have and putting them in a ziplock to prevent it breaking. Not a huge concern I was just traveling with one vial which meant there was a lot of room left so to prevent it from bouncing around, I just put the vial in a little ziplock and had no issues. Meds came and went in perfect condition and temperature.

Perfect for air travel
Very nicely made item. Easily fits my semaglutide pen perfectly. Nice touch that they include an insulator sleeve around ice pack to prevent freezing the meds.

Portable, works pretty well, holds three vials
Device works pretty well. First use, kept it in a car on a warm 80 degree day for 4 hours, then at work for another 2 before eplacing it in my mini fridge. Things were still below room temp, probably around 50 – 60 degrees. And I started by just keeping the unit in the crisper fridge overnight (34 degrees). I imagine if you freeze the insert AND the carrier, it will stay colder a little longer. Insert contents do not freeze, so it WILL NOT freeze your medicine. But I can see this unit keeping up to three std vials below 70 degrees all day if not left in a car or carried around Las Vegas on a 100 degree day, all day. It works for what I need it to do. It is metal, so keep it in the shade. BTW, standard vial is a Walmart brand Novelin-N or R, or a Lily Humalog U100 size vial. As for condensation? ANYTHING cold you put in a warm spot is going to have condensation. So this product does not have an “issue” with it, it just is. I would not count on this small, slim size lasting 12 hours on a hot day, but I have not tried that. Nor I have I put it in the freezer yet to get maximum effect. I am sure that will help. I am overall happy with what I use it for and for how long it stays cool enough. However, the cheesy engraving on it can go. “This is my special life”. Like I am 14 and need that? LOL. One improvement would be to make the case like an insulated drink glass such as an Iron Flask. That would DEF keep this thing cool all day.

Best cooler to maintain temp during travel
I searched extensively for a temp control device that would last at minimum 24 hours. Over the last 1.5 years, I’ve used this for 2 trips that easily exceeded 18 hours in travel time and it maintained temperature very well. Only downside is that only one of my pens will fit (large pen). This is one of those items where you should not go cheap. The item has delivered me tremendous value for cost. If you happen to forget you ice pack you can always buy another from this brand!

Efficient
This has kept my injection cool for 48 hours. I had so many layovers for one of my work trips, I was so scared it would go bad but it still had the right temperature when I got to destination. This cooler really is worth it’s price, if you need your medication at a cooler temperature for 24 plus hours. I haven’t tried it over 48 hours though.

Does exactly what it promises. You can put 2 pens at the same time. Ends up being a tight fit but works perfectly. Great for traveling. 12 -14 hours, no problem.

I used this insulated capsule a few times travelling around the world. It’s great in holding two insulin pens along with the freezer pack. Whilst the pack is freezing I keep the blue canister in the fridge until ready to travel.
