Apologies, I wrote a bad review. I got online and searched for directions how to use this. No directions came with the toy. I did figure out how to use it, and it works great. A lot of fun.

This was a toy my cats were supposed to chase. Instead the toy chased my cats!Even on low speed it’s just too intense for my cats to catch and there is nothing for them to bite or hold if they could catch it.I returned it.

Overall good for the price
Bought for my cat and dog. My dog loves them but she broke the tail on day 1. Even on the slow setting they move very fast, and instead of my cat chasing the ball, the ball was chasing her. The ball its self seems durable but the clip that attaches the tail to the ball keeps popping off on 1 side so I have to keep adjusting it.

Great concept. However, one never did work right. It wouldn’t spin. The other the “arm” black part consistently comes off. Making the toy useless. Don’t waste your money. I’d find another brand.

Not durable enough for a big dog or even a medium dog for that matter.
Okay, Loki loves them, but there’s one small problem. I don’t think they are intended for a Great Dane. He loves it, he does but he also murdered them within about a half hour.
