I bought this to help with my blood sugar levels as well as a support to my metabolism. I have lost some weight while using this product but it wasn’t significant. I lost about 4lbs in a month. These pills did not cause major bloating or cramping but it did cause me to have multiple bowel movements. This is good because visibly my stomach looked flatter then before but the scale didn’t make major jumps. I believe that if I continue taking this product I will eventually reach my weight loss goal. If I start exercising I may even reach it faster. I am happy with the 4 lbs I lost especially since I didn’t start working out and the only thing I did was add the supplement to my diet.
