Too narrow for back and other locations. But lets be honest, it is primarily for cleaning butts by folks with bariatric or physical limitations. It is too narrow for other purposes, and a little too wide for butts. I would suggest widening the sponge for the back brush model, and adding a body wash dispenser. I would also suggest a separate line that is narrower, with a range of handle lengths (or an adjustable handle), and a built in body wash dispenser. And, don’t be coy: call the second model what it is.

I should have shopped more carefully. Had this item since Dec, it’s now falling apart. The sponge has come off and the mesh keeps slipping off. I’m limited to how far I can reach to wash my back when I shower so this simply doesn’t do the job. I’m going to order a long-handled brush and I will throw this pink and blue item away. I’m writing this for the benefit of those who are, at least temporarily, disabled. Don’t waste your money. In addition, it has a vulgar appearance.
