Such an amazing book
This was one of the best books I’ve ever read. After reading this I genuinely look at life and myself in such a different light than before. This book is written beautifully. I’ve never felt so understood and challenged at the same time to accept and reframe how I look at the world and my life. If you’re stuck in life, struggling mentally, or even just looking to improve yourself and your mindset this is something you should read. I got back into reading after 10 years and this was the first book I read and finished in so long. I really would read this again and got so sad when I finished it because I felt like every chapter was perfectly designed to come up as soon as I needed to read/hear it.

Made sense, easier read, You can learn positive thinking. I would recommend you buy it. There was a workbook that went with it ( you had to pay for it) but now it is out of print on Amazon, some other company may habit ( the author may lend you hers. ) it only had 1 review with one star. Maybe that’s why it is out of print. If you find one buy it and let me know where you find it and is it worth writing a review. One start would do it in indefinitely. It you have read this far , you should definitely buy the 100 Essays, its alot shorter.

Design is amazing, font is readable, and it’s just perfect reading for short pauses because the essays aren’t too long. The only thing missing for me is a hard cover, everything else is great.
