At first I was mostly interested in the Co-Q10, which I take regularly, but then I noticed it had NAD and NMN, a precursor to NAD. It looks like NAD is a co-enzyme, in other words a kind of assistant or intermediary molecule that is involved in important metabolic pathways, such as helping mitochondria to use energy provided by the nutrients that make it to your cells. The supplement is largely presented as a kind of anti-oxidant, free-radical fighter on their Amazon page, but it looks like it has multiple functions.
