Used this product for car trash. I line it with an old shopping bag and it fits right by the passenger feet. The strap is not long enough to hook it around the shift and it did not work putting it around the center console as it would not close(strap and buckle got in the way). It is fairly sturdy and holds shape, especially when filled with trash. Can store flat.

I like this bin. The size is perfect, positioned in the back of my 2025 kia sportage just behind the console, I was worried that it might block the air vents but it does not, I did not want to hang on head rest so it’s great for this position. Easy to reach from the front as 80% of the time it’s just me in the car. The design is subtle which I like. Great quality fabric and well made, I like the waterproof lining although I’ll only be using it for dry trash, tissues and receipts etc . It’s fairly sturdy holds upright well, the sides could have been a tad firmer but no big deal it’s stiff enough, and easy to secure to center console with out affecting the closure. I like the opening which does not expose trash. Well priced for what it is. Much nicer than the cup holder trash receptacles which just take up a cup space and are too small. This is a perfect size.

I really like the look of this garbage can. I got the orange floral. It does take a tiny bit of technique at first to get the garbage inside, as compared to an open garbage can.However the self closing top keeps the garbage inside in the event the can tips over. Unless your driving like an idiot, it doesn’t tip over.
