Good so far!
I already put my case on,but the laptop came in decent condition. It clearly had stickers on it from thr previous owner and the right corner of the top has a scratch. Also I ordered gold, but its definitely rose gold. Kinda bummed cause I paid extra, but it’s fine! I’m not going to return it because of the color. It works well. It moves pretty fast and from what I can tell is just fine. I set it up and I’ll see how it goes. If anything goes wrong, I’ll come back and update my review.

Ok – Not excellent quality
The laptop is ok but it was advertised as excellent quality and that is not the truth. It turns on and it works ok. It has dents and multiple scratches. It runs very loud and runs hot easily. The camera quality is poor. One of usbc ports does not work. I needed a personal laptop and purchased this laptop because I have the same one for work, and I like my work laptop. I think this MacBook will do for now but it is not in excellent condition as advertised and they need to advertise appropriately.

It’s refurbished so I understand its rough look:’( does have scratches on apple, bottom, and keys of the laptop. It runs well though, quality is good I like it 🙂

Amazing Condition
It came super fast and is in great condition. There is one TINY scratch on the bottom. But for a used item, it is in amazing condition. I would recommend this seller for a cheap and fast sale in good condition.

Exceeded expectations
After reading some reviews I knew this was a gamble. However, I’m very happy with my purchase. It did come completely dead and needed a good charge but so far so good. It came in near perfect condition. Packaging could have been more secure tho. The interior was a little dusty so I wiped it down but there are NO scratches, dents or even knicks. I held it under a bright lamp for a while and I will say it’s close to perfect. Battery is strong and does the job I need very well. Will update in about a month.

Amazing MacBook!
I bought this for my 15 year old daughter for Christmas whom had a TON of expensive items on her list this year. I was shopping on a budget and was able to get this Mac book for her and it is FLAWLESS!! It came wrapped in what appeared to be the original plastic cellophane wrapping around the laptop and the screen and came with a charger and charging block. There was not one scratch or imperfection on it . My daughter was over the moon when she opened it and she said the speed it is has , is faster than any laptop she’s ever owned . This is her first MacBook. She’s so in love with it . She watches movies on it every night also and said that it never lags which was a problem she had with her smart tv and her former HP laptop when she tried to watch Netflix on those . It allows her to play her favorite games as well with no issues . She also homeschools and she is going to use it for her school work too as she said that the keyboard is like typing on air .If you are on the fence about purchasing this – do it . I researched for months leading up to Christmas and was so stressed and I was happy to find this newer version offered bc I did not want to get her the 2017 model with the old bulky charger – if you have teens, you get what I’m saying . This is a 2020 model and has the C charging cord so the charger matches her iPhone and iPad. This is the one trust me!

Condition not as described
It works ok. Not great. Battery life is rather suspect. Condition of the laptop body itself leaves much to be desired. Lots of scratches and dents. Screen has a fairly large area of discoloration. Not on par with other refurb laptops I’ve purchased from amazon before.

Software glitch
I just received this laptop yesterday. It looks brand new and is beautiful and doesn’t have a mark on it. The problem is that I believe there’s a glitch in the software. The set up seemed fine and there weren’t any issues. I shut it off for the day and when I attempted to turn it on this morning nothing seemed to work. I can’t log in no matter what I try and no matter how many times I reset my password. It won’t recognize my WiFi password either and the fan keeps running constantly. I don’t know what the heck is wrong but I am returning it and when I get my refund I will order another model. My husband ordered a “Renewed” Mac laptop a couple years ago and his still works great. I was hoping for the same experience. Oh well…

teclas y trackpad en buen estado, la pantalla no está quemada. el único detalle es el rendimiento de la batería que es un poco bajo, dura unas tres horas de uso continuo, el rendimiento general es el esperado, recomendable para uso de ofimatica y trabajos simples a medianos
