This product stays in our rotation for supplements in our house. We feel it has really kept a lot of major colds at bay. Just wish the manufacturer would either make smaller bottles to fit the amounts they put in or just make one big FULL bottle.

Discoloration and nausea – Updated
This product made me fairly nauseous so I started taking just 1 at a time with food. When I came back to see how many others were affected by this I see that product discoloration has also been an issue and mine certainly has this!UPDATE: I reached out to their customer service and found out that the discoloration is due to vitamin C oxidation and not harmful in any way. They were extremely responsive and helpful even making suggestions for other supplements they have that help with immunity and may not cause me nausea. It’s always nice when a company stands by their products and makes things right.

Great Stuff staying free of the crud!
I have been taking since summer to replace all of the other immunity things I was taking separately (for context, I was getting sick every two months for a couple of weeks). I am grateful because I teach, and we come in contact with gosh knows what. It has been a tremendous improvement from last year! They are affordable, good quality, and easy to swallow. I will continue to use because it saves me lots of money, not having to go to the doctor, and time off work! I don’t want to jinx myself but have dodged all the versions of “C” and other stuff that settles in your head and lungs and I am extremely grateful!

Many Broken Capsules
I have been taking this product for over a year now. I love the many health benefits of the immune defense vitamins. This last batch I recently bought has had so far 6 broken and open capsules inside the bottle resulting in all the other capsules to be coated with the mixture that’s inside of them. Unfortunately, the mixture inside the capsules has a VERY unpleasant taste and makes taking them a bit more challenging at times. Not to mention broken capsules means I have less product to use. Just be warned!
