One of my favorite brands!
Life Extension is one of my favorite brands. Always high quality. The multivitamin is definitely potent and they definitely have a strong smell (and you will have bright yellow urine). These are very large but I just cut them in half and sometimes only take 1/2 a day. Definitely recommend.

Consolidates four vitamins/supplements I was taking into a single pill.
I feel better when I take methylated folate and methylated B12. I also have to take vitamin D to keep my levels up. I’ve been taking those three in addition to a standard multivitamin for about a year.The doses are a bit smaller, but this multivitamin contains everything I want in a single pill. I’ve ditched the pill organizer and just keep the one single bottle on the counter. I usually need 5000IU Vitamin D to keep my levels up, but we’ll see if I can get by with the 2000IU this contains.

great multivitamin
I was looking for a methylated multi vitamin that wasn’t going to break the bank to add to my supplements. it is a larger pill (see picture next to a quarter), so if you have a hard time swallowing large pills, this may not be the one for you. It also has a pretty strong taste of a multivitamin, but I don’t mind the taste, and is what I would expect from a high quality vitamin.

Not bad
I have tried a few multivitamins and I will say that the price for these is good for what you get. They include a lot of each ingredient which is good because your body don’t absorb that much. I only gave this product 3 stars because it would make me feel nauseous sometimes and when I would go to the bathroom, I have never had much yellow and smelly urine (TMI I know). I know that is the extra vitamins getting expelled from my body, but I wish it wasn’t as bad because I would buy more.
