Hands down the best beard trimmer I’ve ever owned
I’ve owned maybe 5 or 6 beard trimmers over the last 15 years. Make no mistake, this is the most expensive, but hands down it’s also the best (that includes competition from Braun, Philips Norelco and Wahl).The quality is the first thing you notice as soon as you unbox it – the feel of the handle and the quality of the blade, even down to the USB charging cable which doesn’t have the usual cheapness you’d expect from an accessory that’s something of an afterthought.The trimming experience is incredibly comfortable – it hasn’t yanked on a hair once (even some of my more expensive previous trimmers were guilty of that). The design of the guard and the quality of the blade means that the process is efficient and effective, even with bits that can be tricky like under your nose, there’s no need to remove the guard and tackle these areas manually. I’ve always had trouble with the “wispier” areas on either side of my jaw, and the Hedger does the best job of any trimmer I’ve owned so far, although admittedly I still need to take it down to zero to finish it up by eye.The battery life is really good. I charged it when I got it, trim my beard every 2 weeks or so (I make that 11 uses), and it’s still on about a third charge.If I had to say something negative, the zipper on the case can be a little troublesome and it takes a few attempts to close it. That’s such a trivial issue, it doesn’t detract from the Manscaped Beard Hedger getting full marks from me.

My husband can actually trim his own beard! I’m always nervous I will mess it up when I had to use hair trimmers. This takes no time and is so easy. Make sure you test the size you use because it seems different from hair clippers size. I would purchase again! Works good on his caterpillar brows too!

First off the build quality is outstanding. Also the adjustable guard should be a mandatory feature on every beard trimmer. The battery life is also amazing.This is almost the perfect product in my opinion but I can not give it 5/5 due to one thing.Even at the lowest setting ( no guard), it does not get very close to your skin.
