Love These Vitamins!
I’ve been taking these vitamins for almost a year and they have helped my nails grow. This is a picture of my own nails that I had manicured for the first time! I used to get acrylics but not anymore! I truly attribute their growth to these vitamins. They taste pretty good too and help me have regular bowel movements. Great quality!

Tasty and vegetarian!
After looking around at my options for a vegetarian multivitamin, I decided to try these. They had good reviews, were comparable in content to the multivitamin I used to take, and were relatively inexpensive compared to other vegetarian/vegan brands.Some reviews warned about the flavor/scent being a bit odd, but to be honest, I haven’t noticed that too much! They do have a bit of a different scent from the more berry-like ones I used to take, and the flavor is a bit different, but I actually really enjoy both the flavor and texture of these, and the scent isn’t a bad one, just different. They’re also soft and easy to chew (sometimes vegetarian/vegan gummies can be quite hard or tough, so I was pleasantly surprised by the softness of these.)If you’re looking for an inexpensive vegetarian multivitamin, I recommend giving these a try. One 130-count container should last you about two months (assuming you aren’t like me and forget occasionally to take them, which makes them last a bit longer). I usually take them in the morning after breakfast.

I love these gummies and have been taking them for years. They obviously don’t taste like candy, but as far as vitamins go, they go down smooth and I can feel the difference in my health when I am taking them regularly.

Totally satisfied with my daily multivitamins
I’ve been pretty happy with these gummy multivitamins. They support energy metabolism, muscle function, brain function, immune health, heart health, and bone health. The mixed berry flavor makes them easy to take every day. Plus, they don’t make me feel nauseous. I do wish they had a lower sugar content and included more vitamins/minerals. But overall, they’re a solid choice for a daily multivitamin.

Great Multivitamin!
I’ve had issues with hair loss for quite a while. I started taking this multivitamin and 4 months later, my hair line has filled in significantly. I feel less sluggish and overall happier to be honest. You need to be patient with results, but they will come!

Best Tasting
I normally use Nature Made brand multi vitamin gummies and decided to try a different brand. I’m glad I did. These gummies taste great and I had no upset stomach afterwards. Since I’ve started taking these I haven’t been so sleepy, yawning often.
