Not an electric toothbrush
I read a bunch of reviews before I purchased this; I was looking to replace an Oral-B electric toothbrush and a Waterpik water flosser with this one device… Not one review mentioned that the brush head doesn’t move, so this item is a total fail for me, as I won’t be replacing my current Oral-B or Waterpik.Is it an effective water flosser? Sure, but so is the waterpik, and honestly, the waterpik – with its small holder and larger water tank – is easier to use… so if portability is not a concern, there are less expensive alternatives out there.Charging it is easy, but honestly, who has a USB charging port in the bathroom? A plug-in charging port makes more sense.

Bulky and unwieldy to use
It certainly works dual purpose, brush and water floss. But don’t turn on until you used the toothbrush with toothpaste else the toothpaste will just get washed away. So trying to brush my teeth conventionally it is pretty hefty to hold and move around. Specially with the reservoir full of water. It is recommended to empty it after each use. But both openings to drain water has an internal lip that prevents the remaining water to come out. I like the adjustable water pressure and accessories. Bottom line hard to use. You are going to end up with a lot of water mess if not careful. One solution is to separate the reservoir and mechanism connected to the tooth brush with a small flexible tube.
