Good product BAD shipping
I’ve bought a few products from Terrasoul and been pleased with them. HOWEVER…I was Not pleased with Amazon’s shipping of this product!! This is a very, very fine powder that was tossed in a box with a few other items on of which was a hard, rectangular box. There was NO bubblewrap, extra heavy wrapping or any protection around this product and all the items were loose in the box. The corner of the rectangular box jammed into the Terrasoul bag of powder and jammed a big hole in the bag! By the time the products arrived the powder had spilled all over everything inside the box and even leaked outside the box. It was a huge mess! BUT….also NOT an easy fix. I had a terrible time getting a hold of an actual human customer service person to explain the situation too. The item is not returnable since it is a food product & so not replaceable. 2 Hours !!!! later I finally got a refund for the item. Again NOT Terrasoul’s problem. BAD on Amazon!!!

Never liked yogurt before
I’m not a big fan of yogurt, however sometimes age starts catching up with you and you find yourself making certain adjustments. I’ve never been a fan of yogurt until our daughter gave me this, suggesting I mix it in some vanilla yogurt, which I did. I now have this everyday as a part of my breakfast. Has a mild citrus taste.

It’s has been 4 days just my experience i have lost 3 lbs without exercise which encourages me the start exercising more.I have more energy and do not feel hunger between meals which is awesome.I plan to buy 2 more bags and add to my smoothies.So far I just add with protein powder with water or just water and baobab powder i teaspoon 3 times a day.

Powerful service, shipped during an artic blast and I was expecting a week delay, arrived on time, commendable and thank you to all in the supply line. The quality of their products is secure, and packaging is great as you can use that without transferring to another storage device. Nutrition is critical to health and to this point their products are a staple for our food prep now. Took time to research the health products they had to see how I would incorporate them into our meals and find the items in good volume for several months of us. A worth investment for our family.
