Make sure you consult your physician before you start taking supplements.I didn’t, and it worked out for me, but who knows if that’s the case for everyone?Anyway, I knew that I was low on magnesium, the foods containing that nutrient just wasn’t in my diet enough, and I believed that this was causing my terrible sleep, causing me to wake up exhausted more often than not. I started taking these delicious little gummies at the RECOMMENDED dosage and it worked a charm literally overnight. I’ve been taking these since October of 2023.Do I take them everyday? ———Sometimes.Do I notice if I stop taking them for a while?—— Yes.Placebo? ———Maybe.Whatever the case, I have to give it a five star because it worked perfectly for me. No, it has not solved all of my problems, but it has helped me get a much better and fuller night sleep, for which I’m extremely grateful. Will it work for you? I have no idea, talk to your doctor; I didn’t, but I know that I should have. Speaking to a physician after the fact, it apparently was a metabolic issue on my end prior to taking the vitamins. I have been buying these magnesium gummy‘s for over a year now and in my opinion, they are the best out there! I have taken another brand, but did not see the results that I have seen with this particular brand. Since taking them, they have helped with my pain issues and also with sleeping better. They taste good and the benefits have been really noticeable.

Tastes Fine!
Have been taking this for quite along time. I usually take this right before bed as it helps with sleep/muscle soreness from working out. Gummies are a good size and not overly full of sugar. Taste is fine and easy to chew. Really like the Qunol brand and will continue to purchase.

My MIL got me hooked on these gummies. Omg I slept like I was in a COMA. Talk about some of the best sleep I’ve gotten in a while! Slightly chalky but otherwise good flavor, easy to take and chew. Id pay much more for the great sleep I’ve gotten!
