I got the current year edition as they had sizes available in the wider widths. Pretty warm and my feet have felt good down to single digits (Fahrenheit) here in the North East. Waterproof with mo leaks so far and I’ve been wearing these pretty much every day for 2 months in rain and snow. Dog walks, errands, shoveling, they’ve been amazing. If you have a narrower foot and can get the older ones (almost exactly the same except for colors) then they are an absolute steal. They are also so light you barely feel them.

Best boots I’ve ever owned
Hands down. They are warm waterproof and comfortable. I wear them all day basically every day in the winter. Had them four years and still in great shape. I wear them on ski trips or sledding or shoveling snow or to work. They look great with everything, not my priority but yes I get comments on the look. Mine are a half size smaller than I would normally buy but after some break in they fit perfectly. Just bought new pair just in case they go off the market before mine truly give up.Saw a comment “they’re not waterproof” – I disagree. Ok I don’t wear them fly fishing but these are maybe the only boots I’ve ever owned where if I lace them up good and my snow pants are snug over the tops my feet don’t get wet. At all. If you want 100% airtight waterproof buy knee high rubber wellies. If you want snow boots that keep your feet dry buy these.

How they made such a lightweight boot so warm I don’t know. So comfortable. Looks great too. I have no complaints about their grip.

Best winter boots of 2018
Bold claim I just made in the headline, but ordered about 7 pairs of boots from brands that include Columbia, Ugg, North Face, Danner, and more. These were by far the lightest, truest to fit, and most comfortable – not to mention one of the cheapest I tested (purchased in black for $104 on Amazon). I’m a 12 most times but wear a 13 running shoe. These fit true to 12.I put them on and unlike other brands, these felt like slippers. They had support but no break in period was required. Also loved that they don’t have boot lace hooks that constantly come untied like the Danners I tested. I wore these Columbia boots around the house for two days and then we had a blizzard in KC so put them to the test in 28 degree temps, shoveling, snow blowing and playing with kids in a foot of snow for hours. My feet stayed warm and completely dry.Today I had to run out shopping and they were fine walking indoors for hours. Breathable enough indoors and warm enough in 18 degree temps outdoors in short bursts.I can’t speak to durability, but I don’t plan to beat them up. Best purchase I’ve made in a long time. In retrospect, and after testing boots twice the price, I would have been fine paying $150-$200 for these boots. Great value.

Lasted 4 Years. Just Bought Another Pair
I ordered these in 2020 and beat them up for 4 straight years. They are water proof, comfortable, warm, yet breathable. They finally gave out on me this past weekend during Tropical Storm Debby and the mud pits that came from it.They are water proof which was a must for me.Comfortable enough to wear all day (20 hours on your feet) without making your feet and back hurt. I’m a bigger guy and was skeptical about these, but they held up to my weight and pounding.They breath really well. I’ve worn them in 19 degree weather and in 100 degree weather.I just repurchased a new pair to replace the ones that I laid to rest.

Super great price and great boot! My husband sized up one full size in order to insert an additional cushioned insert. Perfect! We’ve both found that Columbia footwear tends to run on the small side. I size up at least a half size more and this time he sized up one full size in order to accommodate an additional full size insert. Perfect! His most significant comment was that he appreciated that the boot was lightweight. He purchased to use as a workboot in a job completely outdoors in all types of weather. 200G insulation and waterproof. Fits his needs to a T!

I got these on a deal for less than 60$ , cannot complain , they are warm, look good and they are for the most part water proof. Size is also true.
